At Karmiktantra, we provide astrology-based digital products and personalized reports prepared with care, time, interpretation, and knowledge. Since most of our services involve digital delivery and personalized work, our refund rules are different from ordinary physical products.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be possible, when they are not possible, and how customers can contact us for support.

  1. Nature of Our Products

At present, Karmiktantra mainly offers digital astrology products such as PDF reports, personalized readings, written guidance, and other downloadable or dashboard-based digital items.

These products may be prepared using details submitted by the customer, such as date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, gender, language preference, personal questions, or other order-related information.

Because these reports are personalized and digital in nature, they cannot be returned like a physical product once preparation, processing, download access, email delivery, or WhatsApp delivery has started.

  1. General Refund Rule

Refunds are not guaranteed for every order. A refund request will be reviewed based on order status, product type, delivery status, preparation status, payment status, and the reason shared by the customer.

Karmiktantra reserves the right to approve or reject a refund request after proper review.

  1. When Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

If payment was deducted but the order was not created due to a technical error.

If the same order was accidentally paid for more than once.

If we are unable to deliver the purchased digital product due to an internal issue from our side.

If the customer cancels the order before the report preparation or processing has started.

If the wrong product was delivered due to a clear mistake from our side.

In such cases, the customer should contact us with order details, payment proof, registered email address, and clear explanation of the issue.

  1. When Refund Will Not Be Provided

Refund will generally not be provided in the following cases:

Once the digital report has been prepared.

Once the PDF/report has been delivered through dashboard, email, WhatsApp, or download link.

Once the customer has accessed or downloaded the digital product.

If the customer entered wrong birth details, wrong email, wrong phone number, wrong WhatsApp number, or incomplete information.

If the customer does not agree with the astrological interpretation after delivery.

If the customer expected a guaranteed prediction, fixed result, or specific outcome.

If the service delay happened because the customer did not provide required details or clarification on time.

If the product is purchased by mistake but work has already started.

If the request is made after a long delay without valid reason.

Astrology reports are interpretative and guidance-based. Difference of opinion, dissatisfaction with prediction style, or emotional disagreement with the reading will not automatically qualify for a refund.

  1. Wrong Details Submitted by Customer

Customers are responsible for entering correct birth details and contact information. If a report is prepared using wrong details submitted by the customer, Karmiktantra will not be responsible for the mistake.

A corrected report may require a fresh order or additional charges, depending on the situation and work required.

  1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation only before report preparation or order processing begins. Once our team starts preparing the report, cancellation may not be possible because time and effort have already been invested.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

  1. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it may take a few working days to process, depending on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, card network, or other payment system involved. Karmiktantra is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateway systems.

Refund will usually be made to the original payment method used during purchase, unless another method is required due to technical limitations.

  1. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with payment proof. We will verify the payment status. If the payment is not received by us, the customer may need to contact their bank or payment provider.

If the amount is received by us but the order was not created, we may either create the order manually or process a refund after verification.

  1. Final Decision

Karmiktantra will review every refund request fairly. However, the final decision regarding refund approval, partial refund, rejection, or alternative resolution will remain with Karmiktantra.
