Karmiktantra currently focuses mainly on digital astrology products such as PDF reports, written guidance, personalized astrology documents, and downloadable digital material. These products are delivered through online methods such as customer dashboard, email, download link, and, where available, WhatsApp support.
In the future, Karmiktantra may also introduce physical products such as spiritual items, books, printed reports, or related products. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how digital delivery works now and how physical shipping may work when such products are added.

Digital Product Delivery
At present, most products sold on Karmiktantra are digital products. These may include astrology reports, PDF documents, personalized readings, written analysis, and other downloadable items.
After successful payment and order confirmation, the purchased digital product may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
Customer dashboard download
Registered email address
Download link
WhatsApp sharing or support option, where available
Manual delivery by support team, if required
Customers are advised to create or access their account carefully because the dashboard may allow them to download purchased reports anytime, depending on the product type and website settings.
Delivery Time for Digital Products
Some digital products may be instantly available after payment, while personalized astrology reports may require preparation time. Since personalized reports are created using the customer’s birth details, questions, and selected service, delivery time may vary from product to product.
Estimated delivery time may depend on:

Accuracy and completeness of details submitted

Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide correct information while placing an order. This includes name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, gender, language preference, and any question or detail required for the selected report.
Karmiktantra will not be responsible for delivery delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect email address, wrong WhatsApp number, incomplete birth details, spelling mistakes, inaccessible account, or non-response from the customer.
If you notice any mistake after placing the order, contact us as soon as possible.
Email and Dashboard Delivery
Once a digital product is ready, it may be uploaded to your dashboard and/or sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, and updates folder if you do not see the email.
If you are unable to access your dashboard or download your report, you may contact our support team with your order details.
WhatsApp Delivery Option
Karmiktantra may provide a WhatsApp button or support option for customer convenience. This may allow customers to request the report on WhatsApp or send it to themselves.
WhatsApp delivery is an additional convenience feature and may depend on technical availability, correct WhatsApp number, internet access, and support response. The main official delivery method may still remain dashboard, email, or website download.
Failed Delivery
If your order is confirmed but you have not received your digital product within the expected time, please contact us with your order ID, registered email address, phone number, payment proof, and product name.
After verification, we may resend the report, restore dashboard access, update delivery details, or provide another suitable solution.
Physical Product Shipping
Currently, Karmiktantra mainly deals with digital products. However, if physical products are introduced in the future, shipping details such as courier partner, delivery time, shipping charges, serviceable locations, tracking details, return conditions, and delivery restrictions will be mentioned on the product page or checkout page.
Physical product shipping may depend on customer location, courier availability, public holidays, natural events, local restrictions, or logistics delays.
No Physical Shipping for Digital Products
Digital products do not require courier shipping. No physical parcel will be sent unless the product page clearly mentions that a physical item is included.
Customers should carefully check whether the product is digital or physical before placing an order.
