🕰️ 2. Order Processing & Timelines
2.1. Orders are confirmed once full payment and all required details (e.g., name, birth date, birth time, location, or other relevant data) are received.
2.2. For digital or personalised services, work begins only after complete information is submitted. Any delay in providing details may extend delivery time.
2.3. Standard Delivery Timelines:
Within India: 7 to 15 days
International Orders: 15 to 30 days
2.4. For custom, handmade, or highly personalised products, the timeline is decided on an order basis depending on complexity, energy cleansing rituals, and practitioner availability.
2.5. You will be informed of your estimated delivery or completion window at the time of order confirmation or within 48 hours thereafter.
📦 3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1. We ship through trusted logistic partners within India and globally. Tracking details (if available) are shared once the product is dispatched.
3.2. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to:

Public holidays or festivals

Natural calamities or other unforeseen causes

💠 4. Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Digital & Personalised Services
All digital and personalised services (Kundali, Astrology, Numerology, Consultancy, Energy Reports, or Business Guidance) are non-refundable once work has begun or a report has been delivered.
As these services are unique and created individually, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds after initiation.
In case of a data or calculation error from our side, we offer one complimentary revision.
If the client provides incorrect details (like wrong birth time or date), a correction fee may be applied for re-analysis.
4.2 Physical Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
After review, we may offer:
A replacement of the same product, if available, or
A store credit of equivalent value for future use.
Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible and the error is verified from our side.
Returns due to change of mind, dislike, or personal preference are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Return shipping for verified damages is covered by us. For all other cases, it must be borne by the customer.
4.3 Order Cancellation
Digital/Personalised Orders: Non-cancellable once details are shared or work has started.
Physical Orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided dispatch or preparation hasn’t begun.
After dispatch, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
