1.1. All orders placed through The Critical Minds – Karmiktantra (website, WhatsApp, or authorised representatives) are processed after receiving full payment and necessary details.
1.2. We offer two types of products and services:
Physical Products: Tangible spiritual tools, ritual kits, gemstones, yantras, malas, printed reports, and other sacred items.
Digital or Personalised Products: Kundali reports, astrology consultations, numerology readings, karmic reports, business/relationship consultancy, and customised guidance sessions.
1.3. Shipping and delivery terms may vary based on the nature of the order, destination, and availability.
📦 2. Dispatch & Processing Time
2.1. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 7–15 working days within India and 15–30 working days for international deliveries.
2.2. Personalised and made-to-order products may require additional time, as they involve sacred preparation, energy alignment, or hand-crafted elements. In such cases, the exact delivery schedule will be decided on an order basis, and you will be informed during or shortly after order confirmation.
2.3. For digital services, reports or consultations are delivered electronically (via email, WhatsApp, or other secure digital formats). The expected turnaround time is also communicated after receiving all necessary data (birth details, preferences, etc.).
2.4. Orders are not processed on Sundays, public holidays, or during major Indian festivals when our team observes rest and ritual periods.
🌍 3. Domestic Shipping (India)
3.1. We deliver across India using reliable courier and postal partners.
3.2. Tracking details (where applicable) are shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
3.3. Delivery within India usually takes 7 to 15 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.
3.4. In rare cases of postal delays, logistics disruptions, or natural calamities, we request your patience — we will always keep you informed.
✈️ 4. International Shipping
4.1. International shipping is available to most countries. Estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 working days after dispatch.
4.2. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local government charges applicable in their destination country.
4.3. The Critical Minds – Karmiktantra is not liable for customs delays, seizures, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.
4.4. Certain sacred or restricted items may not be eligible for export based on international regulations.

5.1. All physical products are packed with utmost care using protective materials to ensure safe transit.
5.2. Some spiritual or ritual items undergo cleansing or energising rituals before dispatch, so please avoid opening them with unclean hands or negative emotions.
5.3. We recommend unboxing in a peaceful environment and storing such products respectfully.
📬 6. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
6.1. Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided (if available) through your registered contact channel.
6.2. Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct at checkout. The Critical Minds – Karmiktantra is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
6.3. In case your parcel is returned due to non-availability or refusal, re-shipping charges will apply.

Delivery times mentioned are estimates, not guarantees.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Orders once dispatched cannot be modified or redirected.
If your order contains both physical and digital items, each may be delivered separately.
